Year 9 Exam Day Thursday 14th May in Sports Hall

On Thursday all Year 9 students will sit English, Maths and Science exams in the Sports Hall. These exams will be run formally to givestudents the experience of sitting exams as they will do in Key Stage 4.The times for the exams are as follows:9.00am-10.00am – Maths (line up in Street at 8.35am)11.15am-12.15pm – Science (line up in Street at 10.55am)1.45pm–3.00pm – English (line up in Street at 1.35pm)Students have all been given a number and are required to line up in number order in the Street before each exam. After the exam studentsshould return to their timetabled lesson as normal.In the exam Hall students must be in silence. Students should not bring bags or coats to the exam hall, these should be left in lockers.There will be no space for these in the PE Department. Mobile Phones are not allowed into the exam hall, these should be left at home or inlockers.Students should bring all necessary equipment with them: pens (black), pencils, protractor, compass, ruler, rubber, and calculator. Studentswill be registered in the Exam Hall for pm registration.
