Ski Trip 2009

As we, a group of Year 8, 9 and 10 students, saw the breathtaking white desert of snow that lay before us,we knew that the best ski trip ever to be experienced by Hayes School students was about to commence. We were finally here, in thebeautiful resort of La Plagne.From the beginners to the more experienced skiers, every day would involve new challenges for us all. Whether we were skiing down themountain, or rolling down it (teachers included), everyone was enjoying themselves throughout the six days of excitement on the slopes.And that wasn’t all; whether laughing at the teachers embarrassing themselves at karaoke, or winding-down to watch a humorous film, theevenings were always entertaining too!Although we were exhausted by the end, we were very sorry that another exhilarating wonderful ski trip had come to a close. Thank you tothe teachers who organised and ran the trip for us.
