Creative Writing

A local author, Jenny Rooney, will be talking to students and answering their questions about creative writing on Monday 9th February. This will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is interested in writing to get advice from a new writer. Her book 'Inside the Whale' is Richard and Judy's book of the month and she has been shortlisted for a Costa first book award.

This is primarily open to Sixth Form students and they will receive priority, but any other interested students are welcome too. Information about the event can be obtained from Miss Whitelaw in English.
