ParentMail

As we have indicated we are trying to reduce cost and decrease our negative impact on the environment by reducing the amount of paper we use. We hope therefore to use Parentmail more and more for our communication (faster, more reliable and environmentally friendly).

We are aware that not all parents have access to email/internet at home so we will continue to have the option of paper copies for those who request this. Our first step is to use Parentmail for the newsletter.

Already over half of our families receive the Newsletter electronically as well as receiving a paper copy via their son or daughter. From next week we will let each Tutor have copies of
the Newsletter for those parents who have not signed up to Parentmail. Students will need to tell their Tutor they need a paper copy. Hopefully all parents will sign up to Parentmail and we can cease issuing paper copies entirely.
